Jeff is one of Dicky's co-workers at an office. Once, when Dicky's daughter, Missy wrote Valentines for her friends, Dicky was inspired to give a mocking Valentine to Jeff, calling him "Dino-mite".

Jeff has blue-gray feathers and wears the classic "nerdy" round glasses. He is typically seen with a light/neon green tie because he usually appears in the comic at work.
