Tommy is a good friend of Dicky and likes some of the things Dicky does. The two occasionally sit down and take a drink at the bar.

Tommy wears a backwards cap and has gray feathers. He is a very cool-headed friend for Dicky to have, considering Dicky's personality.

- He says he wants to have the power to turn invisible so he can walk in on any girl's changing room. Dicky in turn called Tommy a "perping perv".
