Vandalism is a problem that has been going around since websites, civilization, economy, and communities started. If it is to go on forever, we can at least not have it here. We've listed the penalties that come with vandalism, all of which are blocks.

Note that the list doesn't have to be followed. It just serves as a general guidance.
